Payment terms and conditions

Unless a minimum of 48 hours notice has been given, all appointments are subject to a non-attendance fee which is levied at the published rate.

MFC must be in receipt of cleared funds for all outstanding invoices prior to the commencement of monitoring and stimulation. All fees for Semen Analysis services are payable on booking. All fees exclude drug costs.

Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, cheque, bank draft, postal order or cash. A 2.00% surcharge applies to credit card payments.

This fee schedule is effective from 1st January 2013 and supersedes all previous fee schedules.
